Why a hoodie earns its place in training
A hoodie for gym use isn't just about the walk in. Keeping your muscles warm between sets and through your warm-up genuinely matters, particularly in cold months and particularly before heavy work — which is why you'll see almost everyone on our gym floors in one at some point in a session. Ours are built in different weights for different jobs, so you're not stuck in fleece in April.
The range
- Classic HoodieThe everyday pick at £32.50, in ten colourways.
- Cropped Hoodie & Cropped Zip UpA shorter cut and, in the zip version, something you can shed without disturbing your hair mid-session.
- Kings Fleece HoodieThe heavyweight winter option.
- Kings Power & Essential HoodieSit at the premium end of the range.

Hoodie or sweatshirt?
- SweatshirtLighter and less bulky in a bag, and it layers better under a jacket.
- HoodieA bit more warmth and something to pull up on a cold walk home.
If you're only buying one and you train year-round, the hoodie is the more versatile choice.
Sizing, fit and care
Sizes run XS–3XL across most styles. Cropped cuts are fitted by design; classic fits are relaxed and layer easily over a tee. Fabrics are pre-shrunk, so a cold wash and a low tumble dry will keep the fit.

FAQs
Are these hoodies women's or unisex?
This is the women's hoodie and sweatshirt collection — the fits are cut for women, including the cropped styles. Men's hoodies are a separate collection.
Which gym hoodie should I choose?
The Classic Hoodie is the everyday all-rounder and comes in ten colours. Cropped and cropped zip-up styles give you a shorter cut, with the zip version letting you shed a layer mid-session. The Kings Fleece Hoodie is the heavyweight winter option, and the Classic Sweatshirt is there if you'd rather skip the hood.
Are cropped hoodies practical for training?
Yes — the cut is set so it stays put through squats and overhead work rather than riding up. Cropped styles also layer well over a fitted tee, which is how most people wear them for warm-ups.
What's the difference between a hoodie and a sweatshirt?
A sweatshirt is lighter, less bulky in a gym bag and layers more easily under a jacket. A hoodie adds a little more warmth and a hood for the walk home. If you're only buying one and train year-round, a hoodie is the more versatile pick.
Do the hoodies shrink in the wash?
The fabrics are pre-shrunk, so a cold wash and a low tumble dry will keep the fit. Skip the fabric softener and turn the hoodie inside out before ironing so the print stays intact.
