Do you accept refunds/replacements?
We do in our gyms. If you order online or buy in the gym and you're product isn't quite right, bring it back to one of our gyms and we will happily change the size or refund for you.
Where’s my order?
Our orders are sent via local couriers please check the tracking details via your confirmation email or contact us info@kingsgyms.com
Do you have a size guide?
Size guides are available on the product page under the price of the product.
Do I need to pay Customs duty payments?
If you are buying from us Internationally we will pay the duty payments up front so your parcel should arrive at your front door. These will be reflected in the shipping charges, and if you experience any issues please contact us at info@kingsgyms.co.uk and we'll be happy to help
Can I cancel/change my order?
Once your order is placed it's difficult for us to accept any changes. However, please contact us at info@kingsgyms.com if you need to make a change. Unfortunately we cannot accept any cancellations once you have confirmed an order.
