Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping
We will endeavour to dispatch items within 5 working days, you will receive a notification on dispatch.
We use Evri Standard shipping or a similar service to ship the majority of our products. International orders will be sent via Royal Mail.

*PLEASE NOTE If ordering from Canada due to the ongoing postal strike we cannot currently ship to this location.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out.

Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that
you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

When returning items back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.  We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

No refund can be processed until the item is marked as returned by our team.

You will be responsible for the payment costs of returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If able to return to one of our gyms, you can do so for free – please contact info@kingsgyms.com and state this on the refund request.

Exchanges (if applicable) If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email at info@kingsgyms.com to check availability. We are able to exchange items for free in the gym, however, you will require an exchange confirmation email for validity.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and rectify as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
