Do I have to sign up online?

No. You leave your details, we call you, and we book you a free tour of the gym. You only join if it feels right for you.

Is there parking?

Yes, there are 2 hours of free parking on site.

Is there a joining fee?

There is a one-off £9.99 joining fee, plus £49.99 a month from the start on a single-site Direct Debit membership. The £9.99 is a one-off fee, not a discounted first month.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Memberships require one month's notice to cancel.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. Student and Blue Light members get 10% off, and we have Corporate and Defence options. Just sign up in the gym.

Do you have personal trainers?

Yes, certified personal trainers are available on site to help you reach your goals.
